"Return was easy overall"
I had to send a jacket back to joules.com because the sizing didn’t quite work for me. I can’t really say if their returns are always this smooth, since this was just my one experience, but the form was straightforward and the label scanned without any issue.
The refund came through about a week after they received it, so it wasn’t super fast, but it was fine in the end. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the updates had been a bit quicker along the way.

"I’ve been really happy with this coat..."
I’ve been really happy with this coat. Even after using it plenty, it still looks new, which makes it feel like a great buy. It’s nice not having to worry about replacing it anytime soon.

"Nice clothes, but the sizing could be more consistent"
I liked the look and the quality seems good, but the sizing was a little frustrating. I ordered my usual size, and you’d think that would be a safe bet, but the top felt too tight and the jeans were way too long. Nothing wrong with the clothes themselves, really, just wish the fit was more predictable. I ended up returning one item.

It came really quickly like it usually does. I’m always a bit wary ordering stuff online because I hate feeling like I’ve been fooled, but this turned up on time and everything was fine.

"Faster help than I expected"
I didn’t expect customer service to get back to me so quickly, but they replied fast and got my issue sorted without any hassle. It was a nice surprise.
